The 19th International Book Fair will take place in Lviv on September 12.

“For five days, citizens of Lviv and guests of the city can participate at a grandiose art and literary event, which will include festivals, conferences, and charity events,” press service of the Lviv City Council reported on Monday.

DBC Pierre (UK), Booker Prize Holder, is the main guest of the festival. His latest book, “Lights Out in Wonderland” will be presented in Ukrainian for the first time.

Among the other guests of the forum will be Adam Zahayevsky (Poland), Martin Pollak (Austria), Henrik Greenberg (Poland-USA), Arseny Roginsky (Russia), Valery Paniushkin (Russia), and Valeriy Shevchuk (Ukraine).

According to the report, guests from Australia, Georgia, Latvia, Macedonia, Norway, South Africa, Slovakia, Croatia, the Czech Republic and Sweden will participate in the festival.

Tickets cost UAH 10. Entrance is free for pensioners, students and education employees.
