Kyiv Dynamo buys FC Benfica striker for EUR 15 million

The forward of FC Benfica and the Paraguay national team, Oscar Cardozo, is to join Kyiv FC Dynamo soon, an online sports Web site has reported. According to Sport-Express online, Dynamo Chief Coach Yuriy Siomin went to Lisbon to talk to Cardozo.

It is expected that for the transfer of the best striker in the last two years, who scored 60 goals in 88 matches, FC Benfica will be paid over EUR 15 million. According to the report, the Ukrainian football club will pay Cardozo a higher salary than he received at the Lisbon football club.
