The forward of FC Benfica and the Paraguay national team, Oscar Cardozo, is to join Kyiv FC Dynamo soon, an online sports Web site has reported.
According to Sport-Express online, Dynamo Chief Coach Yuriy Siomin went to Lisbon to talk to Cardozo.
