Another ex-member of BYT joins Regions Party faction in Rada

Ukrainian MP Vadym Korotiuk has joined the Regions Party faction in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Lytvyn announced this at the morning plenary session of the parliament on Tuesday.

Ukrainian MP Vadym Korotiuk has joined the Regions Party faction in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. 

Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Lytvyn announced this at the morning plenary session of the parliament on Tuesday.

Korotiuk was elected to the Ukrainian parliament on the list of the Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko. He left the faction BYT-Batkivschyna faction on July 30, 2012. 

The Kyiv Post is disabling its online comment section due to an increase in trolls, violent comments and other personal attacks. Other news organizations worldwide have taken similar steps for the same reasons. The Kyiv Post regrets having to take this action. The newspaper believes in a robust public debate, but the discussion must be constructive and intelligent. For the time being, the Kyiv Post will allow comments on its moderated Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/kyivpost/.
