Streamlining the system of the government and central executive agencies is only the first stage of administrative reform, Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has said.
"There certainly will be a second stage (of administrative reform), which will involve reform of local administrations," he told journalists in Kyiv on Friday.
"The main purpose of the administrative reform is not so much saving budget funds, but increasing management efficiency," he added.
