He said that the protesters have removed the tents they lived in, but left tents with agitation materials standing.

Ilyk expressed hope that treatment of Tymoshenko will be successful and she will get well soon.

"The hunger strike of Yulia Tymoshenko undoubtedly rocked the whole world. Such a long refusal from food was dangerous to both her health and even her life. Today we believe that Tymoshenko’s treatment will be successful and she will get well soon, what is more, we hope she will be released soon," the press service cited Ilyk as saying.

In turn, the press service of the BYT-Batkivschyna faction in Kyiv City Council informed that the leader of the faction, Tetiana Melykhova, and a member of the faction, Oleksandr Bryhynets, suspended the hunger strike.

"The hunger strike to support Tymoshenko has not stopped, it was suspended. We’ve achieved the minimum task – Europe finally paid real attention to Ukraine and boycotted the Yalta summit, due to which the summit was cancelled, and treatment of Yulia Tymoshenko has started under control of a foreign expert," Melykhova said.
