You're reading: Bulgarian Vice President Margarita Popova will visit Ukraine on May 24-27 this year

 "As part of her visit, the Bulgarian vice president plans to hold meetings with Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Rybak and Head of Odesa Regional State Administration Eduard Matviychuk, during which the sides will discuss topical issues of Ukrainian-Bulgarian cooperation," Foreign Ministry spokesperson Yevhen Perebyinis said at a briefing on Tuesday.

 He noted that the program of the visit also envisages a meeting in Odesa and Bolhrad (Odesa region) with the Bulgarian community.

In addition, the politician will attend the opening ceremony of the Center of the Bulgarian Language, Literature, History and Culture at the Institute of Philology at Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University.
