Kyiv, February 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Vice-Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada and member of the Bloc of Yulia Timoshenko Mykola Tomenko has suggested scheduling the regular elections of members of town and rural councils for March 27, 2011.
The parliament registered a relevant draft enactment on February 15.
