The BYuT faction insists on the adoption of the national budget for 2011 on the current tax legislation, leader of the BYT faction Ivan Kyrylenko has said.

"Today we insist that this document [the tax code] be cancelled. There is a draft resolution on this issue. If you do not support it, then we support a proposal for a veto by the president…and [a proposal] not to consider it: let this document be put aside for a while," Kyrylenko said at a meeting of a conciliatory council on Monday.

"To draw up the budget using a document that still does not exist, which includes a lot of novelties, would mean there would be chaos in the state next year," the faction leader said.

"That’s why we propose categorically that this document be withdrawn from consideration via its cancellation… And at present to approve a draft budget on [the current] tax legislation," Kyrylenko said.
