Communist Party faction has said it is unreasonable to consider the resolution on no-confidence to the Cabinet of Ministers now.

“We consider it’s necessary to slate consideration of a resolution on no-confidence in the Cabinet of Ministers… The Communist Party faction unanimously decided to withdraw the signatures of its members and demanded that the Verkhovna Rada Secretariat delete them [signatures] from the relative documents,” faction leader Petro Symonenko said at the evening sitting of Verkhovna Rada on Thursday.

“We favor the government’s position to refuse sign Association Agreement with the European Union and conclude to be beneficial for our country the agreements with Russia on strengthening cooperation and extension of the markets, reducing of the gas price to $268.50 per 1,000 cubic meters, and receiving an extremely important credit worth $15 billion now give us the basis not to consider the resignation of the Cabinet of Ministers,” he said.
