Kyiv's Administrative Court of Appeal has dismissed a suit by leader Regions Party presidential nominee Viktor Yanukovych against rival candidate and current Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, the press service of the Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko (BYT) reported.
Yanukovych’s representatives had charged that the prime minister was taking money for her election campaign from sources other than her election fund, Tymoshenko’s representative in court Olena Isayevska told Interfax-Ukraine.
