The Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine has suspended its hearings of a lawsuit lodged by lawyer Volodymyr Olentsevych against former Ukrainian President Viktor Yuschenko to declare illegal and repeal a decree conferring the title of Hero of Ukraine to commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army Roman Shukhevych due to the presence of a similar lawsuit filed by citizen Anatoliy Solovyov.
New court hearings are impossible until Solovyov’s appeal is considered, the court said.
