You're reading: Court to notify Gongadze’s widow of dates of Pukach case hearings

The court has attached an e-mail address of journalist Georgiy Gongadze's widow Myroslava to the materials of a criminal case against former external surveillance chief at Ukraine's Interior Ministry, Oleksiy Pukach, so that they could inform her about the court's meeting and the necessity to come to the court.

The e-mail address was brought to Pechersky District Court in Kyiv by Myroslava Gongadze’s lawyer Valentyna Telychenko.

According to her, Myroslava Gongadze cannot currently come to Ukraine to attend the court proceedings, but from now on the court will keep her informed about the dates of the court’s sittings.
