Ukraine's former prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko has an acute respiratory viral infection and visits with her have been limited, the press service for the Ukrainian State Penitentiary Service reported on Friday.

Doctors from Ukrzaliznytsia Central Clinical Hospital No. 5 in
Kharkiv, where Tymoshenko is receiving treatment, found her ill on
November 15. “To prevent possible complications, visits with her have
now been limited until she recovers,” the report says.

On November 14, Ukraine’s former interior minister Yuriy Lutsenko
said he and his wife intended to visit Tymoshenko. “I confirm that Yulia
Tymoshenko has invited my wife and me to visit her tomorrow,” the
politician said on Twitter on November 14.

Arseniy Yatseniuk, leader of the parliamentary party Batkivschyna, planned to join the Lutsenko couple.
