How are the camara's going to prevent electronic minipulation of the results? In many cases, a fractional percentage change is all that is needed to affect the outcome. This is the issue. The election agency in control of posting the results is who needs to be closely audited.
The simple truth is Yanukovych was supported by Putin Russia in 2004 and in 2010
In October if Putin decides to Support Yulia of course she will win
No cameras made by the Yanukovych men will work in an honest way
Maybe organise Ukrainin elections abroad.
