KHARKIV - Vidrodzhennia (Revival), Samopomich Union, Petro Poroshenko Bloc "Solidarity" and Nash Kray Party have managed to overcome the 5% threshold at the Oct. 25 elections to Kharkiv City Council.
The Vidrodzhennia party received the most seats (57), Kharkiv City Election Commission has reported.
Samopomich came second with 13 seats.
Petro Poroshenko Bloc and Nash Kray received seven seats each.
