You're reading: Government submits draft state budget for 2011 to parliament

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine submitted the bill on the state budget for 2011 to the Verkhovna Rada on Friday.

A relevant report was posted on the parliament’s Web site, whereas there is still no text of the bill itself.

Earlier on Friday, the Finance Ministry posted the text of the draft budget for next year. According to it, the national budget for 2011 envisages revenues of UAH 281.46 billion and spending of UAH 321.95 billion, figures which are 11.4% and 5.3% up respectively on the national budget for 2010.

However, it is obvious that the bill posted by the Finance Ministry will be altered as it was drafted without taking into account the presidential decree on the administrative reform which was signed on December 9.
