Astana - The leaders of France, Russia, Germany and Ukraine should launch measures aimed at easing current tensions between these states, French President Francois Hollande has said.

We, together with [Vladimir] Putin, [Petro] Poroshenko and Mrs [Angela] Merkel ought to launch a process to ease these tensions,” Hollande said at a press conference after talks with Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev in Astana on Dec. 5.
