Leader of the UDAR Party Vitaliy Klitschko has expressed indignation about the holding of a court hearing on former Ukrainian Premier Yulia Tymoshenko in her cell. "We are indignant at the cruelty and legal nihilism that is being demonstrated by the Lukyanivka detention facility, where another court hearing on Yulia Tymoshenko is being held… The offsite court session demonstrates the complete degradation of the judicial system of Ukraine. This is a violation of human rights and humiliation of a woman and a politician," Klitschko said in a conversation with Member of the European Parliament Elmar Brok in Marseille, according to the press service of the UDAR Party.

"This is cruel, as Tymoshenko and Lutsenko need medical treatment. Such unlawful actions look especially illogical ahead of the Ukraine-EU summit, during which the Association Agreement is to be initialed,"Klitschko said.
