Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych is planning to travel to Vilnius in order to attend the Eastern Partnership Summit on Nov. 28-29, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Leonid Kozhara has said.

“The president of Ukraine is planning to attend the Eastern
Partnership Summit in Vilnius,” the minister told journalists in Kyiv on Nov.25.

Kozhara said that Ukraine was not giving up its European integration course.

“Ukraine is not giving up the signing the Association Agreement. We
are speaking about a halt in the process of signing, as both sides –
Ukraine and the EU – are not ready for this action as of today, Nov.
25,” he said.
