There is no selective justice in Ukraine???
Here, Kuchma's legal team admit that the murder of Gongadze was being discussed in the President;s office, but was unlawfully recorded, and Melnychenko did not seek to stop the resulting murder!!!
Meanwhile, Kuchma travels freely overseas - and Tymoshenko cant even travel within Ukraine. Selective justice? Definitely!
Any other country and any other judicial system would have found Kuchma guilty. When you give the order as a president of a country to murder another person and it is carry out by others you are just as guilty as the person who pull the trigger. Kuchma should be facing murder charges and not allow to travel outside of Ukraine. The wife of Georgy Gongadze should take Kuchma to court but an international court. He did not only abuse his power and not only was it illegal orders but it was murder. The individual referring about People of America must be high on coke or is just a plain idiot being paid by Kuchma to write such a statement.
Too late Kuchma!
