Radical Party leader Oleh Liashko, who was elected an MP in a single-seat constituency, has gone on a hunger strike in solidarity with former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.

“We are starving against the recognition of a rigged election. Yulia has drunk only water for 16 days. The so-called opposition betrayed her, because they, contrary to her will and the will of the Ukrainian people, recognized a government-orchestrated scenario: in some districts the ‘opposition’ recognized a result that in fact was falsified, and in other districts they agreed to repeat elections, although there are winners: Kornatsky, Datsenko, Bulatetsky, Romaniuk, Levchenko,” he wrote on his page on Facebook on Tuesday.

As reported, on October 29, Tymoshenko went on a hunger strike in protest against election fraud.
