Head of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine, Oleksandr Lisitskov, has said that former Ukrainian Premier Yulia Tymoshenko can be transported under guard to court for a hearing of the criminal case on the murder of MP Yevhen Scherban only with her agreement.

“As in the previous cases, the head of the establishment was informed that she [Tymoshenko] has consented to attend the court sitting. If she agrees, she will be transported,” he said at the press conference in Kyiv on Monday.
