Melnychenko's lawyer: Court may cancel criminal case against Kuchma on Dec. 7

Mykola Nedilko, the lawyer of the former major of the State Department of Guards, Mykola Melnychenko, says that on Dec. 7 Kyiv's Pechersky District Court might cancel the criminal case against Second Ukrainian President (1994-2005) Leonid Kuchma. "According to the summons received by Melnychenko's lawyer Pavlo Sychov, on Dec. 7 at 14.00 Pechersky District Court will start a hearing on a complaint of Kuchma's lawyers. I think this means that the complaint will be satisfied. This means that an instruction of First Deputy Prosecutor General Renat Kuzmin on the opening of the criminal case against Leonid Danylovych Kuchma will be cancelled, and the complaint will be satisfied," Nedilko said, while commenting on reports that Pechersky Court was planning to consider an appeal from Kuchma's defense team.

The lawyer also said that the authors of the appeal summoned former Verkhovna Rada Chairman and the leader of the Socialist Party of Ukraine Oleksandr Moroz to the hearing.

As reported, a criminal case was opened against Kuchma on March 21, 2011.

He is charged with abuse of power and official authority, which subsequently led to the murder of journalist Georgy Gongadze (Part 3, Article 166 of the 1960 Criminal Code).

Tapes secretly recorded by Kuchma's former bodyguard Mykola Melnychenko in the president's office have been declared to be material evidence in the case.

Naturally the court will cancel and throw out the case against the criminal because they have been directed to do so by Yanukovych, just as he directed that same court to get a conviction of Yulia in any way possible, including using every lie and avoiding using every scrap of defense to sentence her to seven years over nothing.

The entire world knows these facts.

The entire world also knows just what kind of a true criminal is Kutchma, yet they will stand by and watch as he walks away, most likely released by the same excuse for a judge that sentenced Yulia.

There is no law and order or freedom left in Ukraine, which is fast becoming a diktatorship and a true police state, one step removed from Belarus. That the world communtity even recognizes Ukraine at all is entirely because of and for Yulia Valodymyrivna, the only good political person to come out of Ukraine in the last 100 years.

.......is everyone knows, the people know, the world knows,,,,but most importantly...the people know that Yanuk is a crook, has no idea of the meaning of rule of law...of democracy.....

Yet the people do nothing.........

This apthy is as big a crime as Yanuk and his dictatorial rule....

Yes.....these are the facts......

So....wake up , people....and take Ukraine back....!
