Crimean Prime Minister Anatoliy Mohyliov has said he is not planning to stand for parliament and does not confirm that he, along with his first deputy, Pavlo Burlakov, and Crimean Parliament Speaker Volodymyr Konstantynov, will be on the electoral list of the Regions Party during the parliamentary elections.

“I cannot confirm that [these people are on the electoral list]. I
have no desire [to be an MP]. I believe that I have a lot of work to do
at the post I currently hold, and I have to do all of this work,” he
said at a press conference in Simferopol on Tuesday.

Mohyliov also said he could not confirm reports by some Ukrainian
media that Regions Party MP Mykola Demianko could be appointed Crimean
premier.
