You're reading: OPORA: Vote count protocols stolen from district commission in Volyn region

LUTSK – Vote count protocols from two polling station commissions have been stolen from the district election commission of constituency No. 20 in Volyn region, the press service of the Opora Civil network said.

Due to the incident it is impossible to tabulate the results of the polling in the constituency.

Independent candidate Serhiy Martyniak, who is the owner of the Pan
Kurchak Agro Industrial Group, and the Batkivschyna United Opposition’s
candidate Roman Karpiuk, who is the rector of Lutsk Institute of the
Ukraine Human Development University, are leading the elections in the
constituency with the difference in the number of votes being 1.6%.
