You're reading: Opposition claims 10,000 participants in Rise, Ukraine! rally in Lutsk, police count 3,000

 No violations of public order were registered during an opposition rally held as part of the 'Rise, Ukraine!' campaign in Lutsk on Tuesday, according to the posting on the Web site of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry.

The police said some 3,000 people participated in the rally. Around a hundred law-enforcers were maintaining public order.

At the same time, the press services of the Svoboda and Batkivschyna parties said that 10,000 people attended the rally in the center of Lutsk.
