The People's Party of Ukraine has put forward 69 candidates in single-seat constituencies in the elections to the Verkhovna Rada.

The party’s congress on Tuesday nominated head of the party of
Volodymyr Lytvyn and his Mykola Rudchenko as candidates in Zhytomyr
region, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.

MP Valeriy Baranov was nominated in Zaporizhia region, MP Yuriy
Lytvyn in Kirovohrad region, MP Serhiy Hrynevetsky in Odesa region, MP
Mykola Shershun in Rivne region, MP Vasyl Shpak in Khmelnytsky region,
MP Serhiy Tereschuk in Cherkasy region.

The list was approved unanimously.

The parliamentary elections in Ukraine are scheduled for Oct. 28.
