The Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) will soon expand sanctions against Russian citizens who are involved in the occupation of Crimea and aggression against Ukraine in Donbas, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said.

“I can say that the NSDC will make a decision in the near future expanding the sanctions on some Russian citizens who were actively involved in the occupation of Crimea and the aggression against Ukraine in the east. Measures will also be taken to seize some assets and accounts,” Poroshenko told reporters in Chernihiv on March 31.
