Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has not yet sent in his resignation from the post of economic minister.

“The president hasn’t signed my resignation letter, because I haven’t
filed one yet,” he said at a press conference in Kyiv on Tuesday.

As reported, Poroshenko has been elected to the parliament in a
single-seat constituency in Vinnytsia. Under the law, persons that were
elected MPs, in order to get parliamentary mandates, should provide
documents on the dismissal from their previous job to the Central
Election Commission within 20 days (by December 3).
