President dismisses a number of deputy ministers

Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has dismissed Mykhailo Maliarchuk and Borys Andresiuk as deputy defense ministers. Moreover, Kostiantyn Vaschenko, Vitaliy Muschynin and Anatoliy Dziubak were dismissed as deputy labor and social policy ministers, whereas Artem Volodin was sacked as deputy environment minister.

The head of state dismissed Serhiy Bozhko as deputy head of the State Committee for Nuclear Regulation.

Respective decrees were signed on Wednesday and posted on the official Web site of the president.

Sounds like this is the plan, then he can crown himself czar. Will he then still have to answer to the oligarcs?

He cannot crown himself as Tsar because he is a &quot;Little Russian&quot;. Therefore, it would be logical to assume that he might try for the position of Little Tsar. As for the oligarchs, the Board, led by Akhmetov, would have to give their blessing as that is the tradition in the Mafia.
