Presidents of a number of states are present at the presidential inauguration ceremony in the parliament, according to Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Lytvyn.

The following presidents arrived to the inauguration ceremony: Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, Latvian President Valdis Zatlers, Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite, Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov, Polish President Lech Kaczynski, Hungerian President Laszlo Solyom, Montenegro’s President Filip Vujanovic, Moldovan Acting President Mihai Ghimpu. President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko also plans to participate in the inauguration ceremony.

Russian State Duma Chairman Boris Gryzlov and United States National Security Advisor General James Jones also arrived at ceremony, as well as the prime ministers and high representatives of other states.
