The state prosecution in the gas case against former Ukrainian Premier Yulia Tymoshenko has said Tymoshenko's testimony sounds like a political statement.

What do you expect in a political show trial?
"The statements of the accused have nothing in common with her questioning." however Yanukovych's charges have nothing to do with law or justice.
I think that the prosecution's entire case sounds like a "political statement".
The contents of this case is political, the implications are political, and the motivation behind it is political. The prosecution is still unable to prove if any crime actually exist. And Tymoshenko simply tells it the way it is.Political! 100%!
She is making political statements and rants because she has no defense.
Comments made by sovok banyaks supporting the case against Yulia Tymoshenko are either a) devoid of any intellect, or b) mouthpieces for the current regime that lie and have no moral scruples. The fact that the current proceedings have degenerated into a "Kangaroo Court" have been well documented. What makes it even more despicable is the total disregard and blatant violations of the Constitution of Ukraine by Yanukovych's lackey "Judge" Rodion Kireyev. The only possible hope for true justice in Ukraine lies in regime change.
