About ten Regions Party lawmakers have blocked the rostrum and presidium of the Verkhovna Rada more than two hours before the start of a plenary session of parliament.
An Interfax-Ukraine reporter said that representatives of the BYT-Batkivschyna faction had again laid a bedspread with a picture of former Ukrainian Prime Minister and Batkivschyna Party leader Yulia Tymoshenko on their seats in the session hall and hung a poster reading "Yanukovych, Do Not Kill Yulia."
On Tuesday and Thursday, the deputies of the BYT-Batkivschyna faction blocked the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada.
On Friday, the Regions Party faction apparently blocked the parliament’s rostrum in order to resume the work of parliament.
