The first five names on the party ticket of Ukraine's Regions Party includes Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, singer Taisiya Povaliy, Deputy Prime Minister Sergiy Tigipko, National Security and Defense Council Secretary Andriy Kliuyev, and head of the Regions Party faction Oleksandr Yefremov.
Yefremov told this to reporters before the start of the election congress of the Regions Party on Monday evening.
According to him, the party’s political council will put forward this top five for aproval at the congress.
Yefremov added that the first deputy head of the presidential administration, Iryna Akimova, is sixth on the party ticket.
