The Batkivschyna Party, led by Ukraine's former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, has not been invited yet to join talks on the formation of a parliamentary coalition.
“No invitations had arrived by Oct. 27 evening,” the party’s press service told.
Leader of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc Yuriy Lutsenko said earlier that the Poroshenko Bloc had started consultations with the People’s Front, led by Prime Minster Arseniy Yatseniuk, to form a coalition. He said the Samopomich association and Batkivschyna were expected to join the talks.
Tymoshenko earlier announced that her party would not be opposed to the government.
