Leader of the Batkivschyna Party and former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko is summoned to come to the Main Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General's Officeat noon on Monday, January 17, the press service of the Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko reported on Saturday.

Tymoshenko is charged with a criminal offense under Part 3, Article 365 of the Criminal Code (abuse of power or office that entailed serious consequences). The former premier is accused of misusing EUR 380 million allocated to Ukraine under the Kyoto Protocol.

Tymoshenko said earlier that the investigators made a timetable for her to study the materials of her case at the PGO daily from 1000 until 1700.
