she is a bandit
But only a very small one, otherwise she would be president now....
Delaying the sentencing of the Tymoshenko for 11 days, just ascertains the fact that Yanukovych has control of what is taking place in regards to the trial. Prior to attending UN General Assembly, the sentencing was delayed because it could have been a very embarrassing situation for Yanukovych while he was at the UN, if a verdict had been announced. His people could not afford for him to face all the condemnation from other leaders and questioning from the Western media. Again, the postponement of the trial was directed from above, and it shows just how much control Yanukovych has over the judicial court system. He continues to maintain that the court system is independent but the actions tell a different story. Now that he is meeting with the EU leadership, he has to avoid the same scenario which, he was facing at UN. It would not surprise me that he discover that the EU leadership was not going to back off from the warnings that they made publicly and privately, in regards to the trial of Tymoshenko. He must have found out that the EU leadership was serious and very concern with what is taking place in Ukraine. Now he has to come back to Ukraine and regroup for the next round, which will determined if Tymoshenko is released or imprison. It is very embarrassing that the Ukrainian leadership has found itself in a difficult situation, when it never had to be this way, but it's not surprising coming from Yanukovych. He cannot comprehend that his actions just keep back firing on him. The hole keeps getting deeper and deeper. He should have already learned his lesson and he is probably getting bad advice from his cronies. Maybe now he can take time and reflect as to what is going on and how stupid he is seen by the public and the international community.
Yhe "bandits" are not in prison but in parliament, the judicial system, and in the leadership. Not to mention the bandit oligarchs who are bleediing Ukraine.
Show me a politician who is not a bandit! Yulia is no better or worse than any of the previous leaders of Ukraina! They are mostly the same, if she goes to prison so should all the others - al have made bad decisions for the country, stolen money from the people and put power in the hands of the oligarths - who truly run the Rada! However, Yanu has shown his colours, and this will not be forgotten - no wonder even the Russian Leadership do not trust him! Dig yourself a hole but don't hide the dirt to fill it in again...
