Ukraine is ready to offer Russian companies to extract mineral resources on its sea shelf, Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has said.
"We are ready to offer our sea shelf, as well as mineral production from other sources such as coal bed methane," he said in Kyiv on Tuesday after a meeting with Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, speaking about the possibility of establishing Ukrainian-Russian joint ventures.
