Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said that he was ready to resign if Verkhovna Rada gathered enough votes for this.

“According to the Constitution the issue of the government’s resignation is the domain of the parliament. If it gets enough votes, the government will resign,” Azarov told reporters in Davos on Thursday.

“If the political forces in the parliament and the president think this is necessary, then what grounds do I have to be opposed to such course of events?” the prime minister said.
