Batkivschyna opposition faction leader Arseniy Yatseniuk has so far declined to comment on a statement made by Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, who said earlier that he had already handed in his resignation.
“There should be a presidential decree. I do not want to discuss it now,” Yatseniuk told reporters.
