The Ukrainian parliament (Verkhovna Rada) will elect its speaker and Ukraine's prime minister at its first session on Nov. 27, while the full composition of the country's new government will be ready by Dec. 2, Petro Poroshenko Bloc leader Yuriy Lutsenko has said. 

“Today we will form a coalition and will elect the speaker of the Verkhovna Rada and the prime minister. We will prepare the government’s full composition by the next session on Tuesday,” he told reporters in parliament.
