The U.S. Department of State has confirmed that U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sent another letter to support former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, the press service of the Batkivschyna Party has reported, citing an article published by the Voice of America (VOA).
