Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has dismissed Serhiy Kunitsyn as a permanent representative of the president in Crimea.
A relevant decree was posted on the presidential website on Wednesday.
The president appointed Viktor Plakida as his acting representative in Crimea.
