Rostov-on-Don - Viktor Yanukovych has announced that he will ask the Congress and the Supreme Court of the United States to give a legal assessment of the U.S. administration's policies toward Ukraine.
“I intend to address the Congress, the Senate and the Supreme Court of the U.S. and urgently suggest that they give a legal assessment of the policies being pursued by the government of this country,” Yanukovych told reporters in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, on March 11.
“Your own laws give you no right to give money to militants,” he said.
