Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatseniuk has said that Ukraine has an elaborated plan on the settlement of the crisis in Crimea, though Russia refuses to consider it.

“We have elaborated a plan that is to become the skeleton of the
settlement of the crisis, but unfortunately Russia refuses to consider
any plans on how to settle the situation. The only thing they do is
bring tanks, troops, weapons and soldiers up to the Ukrainian-Russian
border and build-up of military forces in Crimea,” he said at Boryspil
airport on Friday.

Yatseniuk also said that after his meeting with U.S. top officials a
package of political and economic help to come to grips with the crisis.

“Several economic and political consultations will commence. An
investment commission will be set up, also Ukrainian and American
businesses scheduled a number of meetings. Representatives of the U.S.
Department of Commerce will visit Ukraine to increase the volumes of
Ukrainian-U.S. trade and our economic mutual aid,” he said.

The prime minister said that the United States has opened the Fullbright program for Ukrainian students.

“The total volume of help and our cooperation is unprecedented. Our
joint commission for strategic partnership will be restored,” he added.
