The head of the Regions Party faction in parliament, Oleksandr Yefremov, has said that the objectiveness and impartiality of international observers to the election process in Ukraine is very important to the Regions Party, the party's press service has reported.
"We are facing a situation when some opposition members have set the goal of informing international organizations that the government is allegedly violating electoral legislation. These violations are often far-fetched," he said at a meeting with a delegation of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) on Thursday.
In this regard, he noted that it was very important for the Regions Party that international observers realize what is really happening in the state.
"The objectiveness and impartiality of international observers to the election process is very important to us," Yefremov said.
