Russia isn't being directly affected by the crisis in Greece, though an indirect impact feeds through in volatility in the oil price, Economy Minister Alexei Ulyukayev said. While declining oil prices are hurting the value of the ruble, the depreciation will be temporary and a rate of 55 to the dollar "plus or minus 2-3 rubles is the natural" level, Ulyukayev said on Rossiya 24 television on July 7.
