The dates for building the first line of the Turkish Stream gas pipeline may have to be moved back if the process of concluding an intergovernmental agreement between Moscow and Ankara is delayed, Energy Minister Alexander Novak said

“If [the process of concluding an intergovernmental agreement] is moved back, the dates for project implementation will be moved back,” Novak told journalists on Wednesday when asked about the risk of delays to the project.
