Moscow – The head of the European Union Delegation to Russia, Vygaudas Usackas, and senior Moscow-posted diplomats from all of the EU's 28 member countries will attend a memorial ceremony for assassinated opposition leader Boris Nemtsov in Moscow on March 3, the delegation told Interfax on March 2.
The ceremony will be held at the Sakharov Center.
